Jen Krimm is a senior executive, strategist, and organizational leader with extensive experience building and leading organizations, programs, and initiatives in the US and internationally. Across government, nonprofit, political, and private-sector roles, she has advanced US foreign policy objectives, strengthened institutions and civic participation, and helped organizations navigate transition and complex operating environments. Her expertise includes strategy, partnerships, policy development and advising, facilitation, training, strategic communications, and organizational leadership. She is a member of the American Association of Political Consultants.

Jen’s career has included roles as a federal worker with USAID’s Office of Transition Initiatives, USAID/Yemen, the National Democratic Institute, Democracy International, and the US Congress, as well as work on political campaigns and consulting engagements with a range of organizations. She has also held leadership positions with local and statewide nonprofits in Kentucky and has worked in over 20 countries (Iraq, Yemen, Kosovo, South Sudan, Liberia, Nepal, etc.).

She has a bachelor’s degree in Government from Dartmouth College and a master’s degree in Terrorism and Political Violence from the University of St Andrews (US equivalent: master's in Counterterrorism). Jen is currently based in Lexington, Kentucky, USA.
